Who we are

Becca Wilson, MS, LMHC, LPC-S is currently a doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at St. Mary’s University. Becca Wilson has been providing direct practice for the past 14 years in the community mental health field, the past 8 years as a clinical supervisor. Becca Wilson specializes in working with children, birth to five, and families who have experienced trauma. Since becoming licensed, Becca has received formal training in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy/sand tray play therapy, and as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Family. Becca earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2006, followed by her Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2012. Becca has expertise as a clinical supervisor providing reflective supervision, and feel there is more to be known about the positive effects and outcomes to providing this form of supervision.

Whether we're helping you process trauma, build stronger relationships, or reconnect with your sense of self, our work is grounded in an attachment-focused lens and supported by evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, DBT, CPP, and CBT, as well as deep compassion.
