About Therapy

We offer individual therapy for adults and children (ages 6–12), as well as parent support sessions. Our approach is rooted in attachment-focused therapy and integrates evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
-
We support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and parenting stress. We also work with children who are struggling with big emotions, behavioral issues, or difficult family dynamics.
