Our Team
Meet our Clinicians
I've spent 14 years in community mental health, the last 8 as a clinical supervisor. My background is in early childhood and family trauma, and that lens shapes all of my work. Today I see children ages 6–12 and their families, along with adults and parents who are carrying a lot and want to feel more like themselves again.
In session, I'm warm and direct. I'll meet you with curiosity, not judgment, and I'll bring real tools to help you move forward.
I'm trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), EMDR, DBT, and play and sand tray therapy, and I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Family. I earned my BS in Psychology from Arizona State University and my MS in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I'm also a doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at St. Mary's University, where I study reflective supervision.

Healing is a journey of returning to yourself, mind, body, and spirit. If you are ready to move beyond symptom management toward true, lasting wellness and a life less dependent on mental health medications, I am here to guide you. My approach is anchored in my Cherokee heritage and the wisdom of the healers who came before me. By integrating Eastern, Western, and traditional Indigenous practices, I tailor a therapeutic experience that honors your unique story. Here, you will find a compassionate, safe haven to be heard and understood as we walk this path of transformation together.
Embracing my Cherokee lineage, I weave Eastern and Indigenous wisdom into a nervous-system-led approach. Using Natural Processing, Parts/Memory work (IFS), and Polyvagal theory, we look beyond talk therapy to work with your physiology. Together, we gently nurture your body to heal, cultivate deep safety, and restore balance at your own pace.
As a mother, wife, and lifelong learner, I understand the complexities of balancing different roles in life. I am not perfect, nor do I expect you to be. We are all imperfect, and that is what makes each of us unique and whole.
